Upon placing your order, your credit card will be charged a pre-authorization. The full order amount will not be charged until your order has shipped. If there is an error with your order, please take a photo of the item clearly showing the error and include the photo as an attachment in an email to us at email@example.com. Please include the photo as an attachment, not in the body of the email. If you fail to include a photo, your return process will be delayed. We will review your request and if your order was indeed incorrect, we will replace the item originally ordered. Please note, size changes are not accepted.
Requests for returns must be received within 2 months of your order date. After 2 months, all orders are final and ineligible for returns.
All products, excluding apparel items, are subject to a 1 year warranty. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please take a photo of the item and include the photo as an attachment in an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
