FAQ

Orders:

Orders valid for US customers only.  PetLink/Datamars not liable for incorrect replication of microchip codes if the code matches customer's order.  Please verify your 9, 10 or 15-digit microchip code carefully.  No refunds or exchanges on personalized items.  Shipping & handling fees apply. Tax will be collected where applicable by law.

Customized merchandise can take up to three weeks to process and ship. Shipping can take an additional two weeks based on location.

Upon placing your order, your credit card will be charged a preauthorization.  The full order amount will not be charged until your order has shipped.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  Please be sure to check all of your inboxes and spam folders for communications from petlink@petlink.net.

 

Shipping:

  • Customized merchandise can take up to three weeks to process and ship. Shipping takes an additional 8-15 business days.
  • We ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We ship to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally.
  • We ship USPS first class. Shipping rates are as follows:

 

  • $0.00 – $14.99: $3.95
  • $15.00 – $29.99: $5.95
  • $30.00 – $49.99: $8.90
  • $50.00 and up: $11.85

 

Returns:

All orders are final and personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.  Please review your order details and sizing selection carefully.  Returns for sizing adjustments are not accepted.

If there is an error with your order (i.e., you received the wrong order), please take a photo of the item clearly showing the error and include the photo as an attachment in an email to us at orders@petlink.net.  Please do not include the photo in the body of the email.  If you fail to include a photo, your return process will be delayed.

We will review your request and if your order was indeed incorrect, we will replace the item originally ordered.  Please note, size changes are not accepted.  If you need to order a different size from what was originally ordered, you must place a new order.

Please note, requests for returns must be received within 2 months of your order date.  After 2 months, all orders are final and ineligible for returns.
