Orders valid for US customers only. PetLink is not liable for incorrect replication of microchip numbers if the number matches customer's order. Please verify your 9, 10 or 15-digit microchip number carefully. No refunds or exchanges on personalized and non-personalized items. Shipping & handling fees apply. Tax will be collected where applicable by law.
Upon placing your order, your credit card will be charged a pre-authorization. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and the full amount of the purchase will be charged. Please be sure to check all of your inboxes and spam folders for communications from email@example.com.
- Customized merchandise can take up to 3 weeks to process and ship.
- We ship to P.O. boxes.
- We ship to all 50 states and do not ship internationally.
- We ship USPS first class.
All orders are final. Please review your order details and sizing selection carefully.
Order Issues & Warranties:
If there is an error with your order, please take a clear photo of the item and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review your request, and if your order was indeed incorrect, we will replace the item originally ordered. Please note, size changes are not accepted.
Some pet products (i.e. collars, tags, leashes) are subject to a 1 year warranty. As stated above, please send a photo of the item to email@example.com. Items that are not included in this are marked in their product descriptions.
If you fail to include a photo in your email to us, the review process will be delayed. Exchanges are not permitted.
